We began by immersing ourselves in WaFd’s narrative and the flow of the physical space. Mapping foot traffic patterns and audience behavior allowed us to design a modular content strategy that reaches people throughout their journey inside the headquarters — changing context and tone based on where they are and what they need to see.
Branded Digital Experience Architecture
The digital content system we architected activates multiple branded “micro-moments” through strategically placed screens and animations. These serve both functional and emotional purposes — from highlighting community events and real-time brand narratives to offering engaging visual stories that strengthen connection with visitors, staff, and city dwellers alike.
Visual & Motion Content Designed for Place
Every piece of content was designed to echo WaFd Bank’s commitment to innovation and community impact while celebrating the spirit of Seattle. Custom 4K video, motion graphics, and engaging storytelling elements make each digital zone feel purposeful, meaningful, and aligned with WaFd’s values.
